Hi Blance is an Online Emergency Medical Services that lets you book an Ambulance Online, find Medical Centers closest to you, Purchase Emergency Medical Equipment Online as well as helping you make smart choices when seeking Medical Attention locally or Internationally.

Hi Blance is set out on a mission to change the Traditional way by which people access and seek Emergency Medical Attention in Nigeria and across the globe.
Our technology platforms were built to serve as an intermediary between our users and operators of Ambulance Services nearest to them at the time of need and distress.

Hi Blance was born on the aftermath of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic in the year 2020.
During the lock-down in the year 2020, almost all the cities across the world were on lock-down as movement was totally restricted.
This situation led to high death rates as a lot of people where unable to access places of Medical Attention due to difficulties cause by the Pandemic.
Considering that Nigeria, unlike many developed countries in the world lacks a proper National Paramedic Service, Hi Blance was born to fill up the gap while ensuring more lives are saved daily.
WHERE WE WORK
Where are currently available in the following cities, but hope to expand as the need call for it.
However, should there be need in non-listed cities, we would try our possible best in creating an auxiliary service, however, this may take longer than usual.

When you Book, Call, Live Chat, whatsapp or email us, you will immediately be put through to a highly trained emergency medical dispatch support officer (EMDSO) at Hi Blance. The EMDSO will ask you some basic questions, such as your address, phone number and information on the medical emergency.
Our EMDSOs are highly skilled in the provision of first aid advice and will be able to talk you through some simple first aid actions you can take to help the patient while an ambulance is on its way.
How long will it take for an ambulance to arrive when I request ?
This depends on a range of factors. All cases are prioritized on the seriousness of the patient’s condition and availability of Ambulances.
We obviously want to get to the most critically ill patients first.
An Emergency Ambulance will be equipped to provide advance life support to the patient who is in critical situation and demanding medical assistance at the earliest.
On the other hand, the Non-Emergency Ambulance will be equipped to serve the people who are in stable health condition but unable to travel in regular vehicles for various reasons.
The medical transportation service providers ensure a qualified medical team is aboard based on the medical condition of the person. The professionally trained individual or team provides the required medical support and care to the person during the journey.
The convenience of travel and safety of the patient is our priority. The ambulance will have limited space after fixing the required medical equipment. Considering the patient privacy and other medical staff on board, limited number of escorts are allowed to travel along with the patient.
Ambulance fees are not general as they are determined for each Transport Booking.
Considerations to set the pricing are:

- Distance, Etc

However, we would always mediate on behalf of our users to achieve a competitive and fair price.
Yes, you will be charged if you are book an ambulance but change your mind on Travel.
You may forfeit your Booking Deposit.
However, consideration are given depending on each situation.

2 . BOOKING
Finalize booking and make due payments on agreed Service Charges.
3. PICK UP
Pick-up of the Patient and attachment of relevant Medical and Security Personnel.
Ambulance conveys Patient to desired location in any City across Nigeria.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT (USUALLY 10% OF TOTAL FEES).
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING 24 HRS TO THE DEPARTURE TIME, YOU WILL BE DULY REFUNDED.
HOWEVER, IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL BOOKING, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
THE REMAINDER OF FEES WILL BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL OF AN AMBULANCE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
